This church, which is one of the oldest churches in Lithuania, was built during the second half of the 15th century. This small sacral building of former suburb is a national signiicance monument of the Gothic architecture. The cruciix, which has been preserved there for several hundreds of years, is the most valuable object in the Church of St Gertrude. There is a candle shrine near the church, donators can light the candles which keep on burning 7 days.
