K. Sklėrius house

Kalniečių g. 105, Kaunas

The house is reminiscent of dwellings of the beginning of the 20th century. The notable Lithuanian artist, sculptor and pioneering watercoulorist Kajetonas Sklėrius lived here from 1929 to 1932. The oblong wooden building is covered with a mansard tin roof. The center of the building accents the mezzanine reminiscent of a tower. The artist is commemorated by a plaque.
