In 1928 technician Ignas Gastilos designed a double-decker, four-apartment house with a balcony. The house was built and lived by Žaliakalnis primary school head - Jonas Dereškevičius. The corner part of the house is surrounded by a wide balcony with a roof. Authentic stairs, narrow white-painted ceiling boards has survived through the period. This expressive architecture can be seen as an example of renting house at that time.
